British Sea Power is a U.K. rock group from Brighton, England that was formed by brothers Scott Wilkinson (Yan) and Neil Wilkinson (Hamilton.) The band has released five full length albums since their inception in 2000, with all of their albums being released through the Rough Trade record label in both the U.K. and North America.

Their latest album, Valhalla Dancehall was released in January 2011 to glowing reviews, with the band embarking on a tour of both Europe and North America in support of the release. British Sea Power made an appearance at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in New York City where they performed “Who’s In Control?” on The Late Show With David Letterman.

After finishing up the rest of their U.S. tour dates, British Sea Power will return to Europe where they’ll make the rounds of the European summer festival circuit.
