Arraignment Scheduled For Chase Suspect

The accused child molester who was hit by a car after leading police on a chase will be in court Thursday. Last Friday, 42-year-old Gary Cervantes was hit on Interstate 5 when he ran into traffic News 8 spoke with the driver of the car that hit Cervantes. "I was glad the guy was not killed. That I did not kill him. I really did feel sorry for him," said Ed Stanton. Cervantes was hospitalized with a broken leg. He's facing evasion and molestation charges
