Coronado's Forth of July Celebration has festivities going on all day. The highlight of the event is the annual parade with over 150 bands floats and groups. Other festivities include a fun run/walk, rough water swim, Art-in-the-Park, Fourth of July concert in Spreckels Park. The day concludes with a spectacular fireworks finale over the bay, set to music.

In celebration of Independence Day, residents of Mira Mesa can enjoy a yummy pancake breakfast and continue with a fun community festival. The day will end with a fireworks show. This event is in conjunction with the "Mira Mesa 4th of July Parade".

Boasting the largest aerial fireworks show in San Diego County.
