The combination of rich wood wine racks, velvet window coverings, mirrored walls and romantic candelabras on the tables at dinner, makes for a delightful ambiance. But it’s the food that is the crowning glory… dazzling the palate with French and Mediterranean flair.

Open for lunch all day long, this is the palace for wonderful salads and homemade soups. Also, on Saturdays and Sundays, you can enjoy brunch… as you could at any wonderful French bistro in France. For lunch, try the signature Shepard salad (crisp fresh greens with walnuts, pear, olives, Roquefort, parmesan topped with goat cheese flan) or a terrific version of a Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad or the famous Calamari Salad.

The appetizers are outstanding with Escargots a la Bourguignon or the assortment of imported cheese and pates with fresh French breads You will rave to your friends about the incredible Rack of Lamb or the French Boeuf Borguignon; tender beef simmered in luscious red wine sauce, mushrooms, onions, red potatoes and a dash of Dijon and French sauces.

Tuesday nights you can enjoy a special Prix Fixe dinner menu as well as the regular menu. That $17.50 Prix Fixe menu is a three course dinner, if you can get a table.

You may feel as if you have just entered a restaurant located in “Citta Alta”, the upper walled city of Bergamo, Italy, located just outside of Milan

Anitco Toscano has created a menu by using classic recipes from a variety of regions throughout Italy. Everything on the menu is creatively prepared daily, generous portions of homemade pasta, meat, veal, lamb, and seafood are prepared daily from scratch. My favorite is the ‘Ortomare’, penne pasta, jumbo shrimp, fresh clams, sun dried tomatoes, sweet peas, mushrooms in a tomato lobster cream sauce.

The wine list has been carefully selected to compliment the cuisine ,drawing mainly upon vineyards from Italy. They have included everything to satisfy your needs from reasonably priced house wine to well known medium high vintage selections.

Don’t’ forget to save room for tempting desserts ranging from a chocolate soufflé,

Crème Brule, Cannoli, Chocolate Mouse Cake, tiramisu and assorted Imported Gelatos.

You can anticipate first class service with a metropolitan flare - all at a reasonable price!

The constant introduction of specialties like Mi Calaverita, with sliced fresh salmon on the outside, kakiage (a mixture of fried carrots, bell peppers and onions), scallions, cream cheese and avocado on the inside and their unmatched "Chipotle Sauce" - atop helps recapitulate the unique flavors found only at Sushi Itto.

With a little extra spice the Cuauhtemitto Roll comes to life, with breaded kanikama (crab), scallions and avocado on the inside, and on the outside a unique mixture of melted Manchego cheese and "Chiles Toreados" (Serrano peppers sautéed in a special sauce).
