It’s a busy weekend at The Casbah. The San Diego institution will be hosting two packed shows on Friday and Saturday.

Friday, February 11, brings another installment of FM 94.9’s “About The Music Series” showcasing some of the best local bands in America’s Finest City. On the bill are Film School, The Howls, and local favorites Tapedeck Mountain and The Dabbers, the new outfit from former Kill Me Tomorrow frontman Zack Wentz. For anyone interested in attending this show, TOO LATE bro-dog! This event is SOLD OUT.

Saturday night serves up a triple dose of punk rock as Northern Towns and Roger Miret and The Disasters opens up for Devil’s Brigade featuring Matt Freeman from Rancid. Still touring in support of their self-titled album from 2010, Devil’s Brigade are sure to bring out the psychobilly fans in San Diego Saturday night as tickets for this show are still available. $12

Sunday night, February 13, the club hosts two affordable pre-Valentine’s Day shows with a $5 matinee show featuring Drag The River and Steve Soto and the Twisted Hearts.

The late show bill consists of Get Back Loretta, Wil Cope and Paperplanes $8.
