BREAKING: New Details on Beyoncé's Fake Pregnancy Bump
Video surfaces of singer's questionable baby bump
The internet went ablaze after a video of Beyoncé Knowles appearing on an Australian talk show depicted the singer’s supposedly pregnant stomach collapsing inwards. The video, which has since gone viral around the globe has become the centerpiece of controversy with naysayers suspecting that Beyonce has faked her pregnancy and has secretly hired a surrogate mother to carry the baby to full term and deliver it.
On August 28, 2011 Beyoncé announced that she was pregnant at The MTV Video Music Awards, which reportedly became the most-watched broadcast in MTVs history, averaging 12.4 million viewers. Her husband of three years, world famous rapper and business mogul Jay-Z was seen reacting enthusiastically when Beyonce revealed her “supposedly” pregnant stomach to the TV cameras at the conclusion of her performance. Since announcing her pregnancy, Beyoncé has been photographed in a bikini displaying what appears to be a genuine pregnant stomach.
Her detractors are accusing her of hiring a surrogate and faking her pregnancy in order to forego the physical damage the child birthing process would due to her professionally toned body. Beyoncé’s publicist Yvette Noel-Schure released a statement in response to the fake baby bump reports as being, “Stupid, ridiculous and false.”
